The IMPAC Group comprises of Independent IMPAC Branded Companies, based in Australia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong & Vietnam. SNI INDIA is committed to collaborate and provide professional, multidisciplinary, transparent, efficient, fully compliant, and cost-effective services on Pipeline Corrosion protection Solutions. Through niche technology products and solutions for pipeline segments, we ensure to protect and safeguard the pipeline infrastructure for continuous, efficient & distribution of Oil & Gas, Water etc.
The companies
M/s Raychem RPG Pvt Ltd’s pipeline business, which includes manufacturing of Heat Shrink Sleeves & related coating products & accessories has been acquired by M/s Shri Narayan Impac India LLP “as ongoing concern on an as it is where it is basis w.e.f. 01/10/2020.
M/s Shri Narayan Impac India LLP is the sole entity to manufacture, sell & distribute the former Raychem RPG Heat Shrink Sleeves products, accessories, and other coating products in India & abroad. Shri Narayan Impac India LLP is also entitled to use the same Product Brand Names (i.e. HBPE 80, RP 09, Raycote / Raycote EP Intercoat 144, etc) with respect to the same business.

The new era has begun for IMPAC through SNI India in Pipeline Corrosion Protection Solutions. Now M/s Raychem RPG pipeline business, which includes manufacturing of Heat shrink sleeves and related products, coating products and Accessories has been sold to SNI India w.e.f from 01/10/2020 and we will be the sole entity to manufacture, sale & distribute the Heat shrink sleeves products, accessories and other coating products. SNI India is also entitled to use Raychem RPG Product Brand Name and their Credential to the same business. This process represents the strong corporate cultures that are deeply rooted in innovation and achievement. We are moving forward with dynamism, guided by our vision for continuous development with a strong presence in key sectors of India and global economies. Our focus will be to continue to provide our customers with substantial system value and the highest-quality products and solutions while we build a foundation for the future.
