USE
Pipeline Casing Insulator are used to support the carrier pipe and electrically isolate the carrier pipe from the casing pipe at the cased crossing.

Casing Insulators / Spacers
Pipelines are crossing or running parallel to highways and railways shall be protected by casing. Casing insulators are used in order to separate the carrier pipeline from the casing. SNI casing Insulators isolate water, sewer and gas pipelines from casing simply and effectively. Casing Insulator are made of Injection moulded High density Polyethylene.
Types of casing insulator:

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High electrical insulating value and low water absorption and due to this preventing leakage and maintaining electrical isolation between carrier and casing pipe.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION
Installation of the HBPE 80 coating system should be carried out by SNI INDIA certified personnel.
